1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Orbtic platform, hardware (the "Orbtic Station"), or the Neural Midnight web portal, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an educational Center, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.2. Account Types & Responsibilities
A. Center Accounts (B2B): Centers lease Orbtic hardware and software. Centers are strictly responsible for managing physical access to the devices and ensuring that student rosters are accurately maintained.
B. Parent Accounts (D2C):Parents may access the free Neural Midnight dashboard provided via their Center, or upgrade to "Orbtic Home." You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
3. Hardware Deployment & RMA (For Centers)
Hardware Lease: Centers do not own the Orbtic Station hardware (iPads, enclosures, mirror clips) unless explicitly purchased via a separate hardware agreement.
Device Management: Hardware is provisioned via zero-touch Mobile Device Management (MDM). Centers agree not to tamper with, jailbreak, or attempt to bypass the MDM profiles.
Breakage / RMA: In the event of hardware damage, Centers may initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via the dashboard. Orbtic will remotely wipe the damaged device and issue a provisioning link for a replacement. Centers are liable for hardware replacement costs as outlined in their specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Orbtic Home Subscriptions & Billing
Fees:"Orbtic Home" is a premium subscription billed at $29.00/month.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: Parents may cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal integrated into their account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds.
